Diehl Toyota of Wooster is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive performance. Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals
Desk deals and structure transactions for maximum profitability
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and CRM activity
Train and develop sales consultants to improve closing ratios and customer experience
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
Work closely with finance and upper management to streamline operations
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues

Qualifications:

Previous automotive sales management experience required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in CRM and dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds a plus)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
