About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead its enterprise-wide risk management strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance and governance excellence across global operations, collaborating with executive leadership to align risk frameworks with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, and developing scalable policies to enhance risk resilience and operational efficiency. The CRO will also be tasked with promoting a culture of accountability and proactive risk awareness, mentoring global teams in risk management and compliance, and overseeing regulatory compliance, including adherence to licensing and obligations with authorities. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of leadership experience in risk management or compliance within financial services. Expertise in alternative investments and regulatory environments, particularly U.S. securities regulation, is essential. The role requires a proven ability to design and operate risk frameworks in multi-jurisdictional organizations, and professional certifications such as FRM, CRCMP, CFA, CPA, or CAMS are advantageous. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership and team development skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage complex risk scenarios while driving organizational success.
