The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role: The Human Resources Representative provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources departmentwith aproactive,communicativeand customer service mindset. This positionassistswith recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, recordkeeping, benefits administration, and compliance while helpingmaintaina positive work environment for hourly and salaried employees. WhatYou’llDoat Justrite: Assistwith recruiting activities, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and completion of employment documentation. Maintainaccurateemployee personnel files and HR recordsin accordance withcompany policies and legal requirements. Respond to employee questionsregardingcompany policies, benefits, attendance, and HR procedures. Support benefits enrollment, leave administration, and workers' compensation documentation. Assistwith payroll preparation by verifying employee time records, attendance, and personnel changes. Monitor employee attendance andmaintainattendance tracking reports. Help administer company policies, safety initiatives, and employee recognition programs. Assistwith employee training coordination andmaintaintraining records. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employment data. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Participate in investigations by documenting employee concerns and gathering information as directed. Support performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives. Assistwith organizing employee events and engagement activities. Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence. Complete other HR-related duties as assigned. Your Skills and Expertise: To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum: Associate’s orBachelor’sdegreein Human Resourcesor relatedfield preferred Minimum of2 years Human Resource experience Strongknowledge in the use of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) Ability to learn and apply principles and practices of Human Resources activities Ability to take direction and work well on a team Additionalqualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Must be able to complete all assigned training Mustdemonstratea high attention to detail Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals Inspired to perform without outside help This position works in both an office setting and a manufacturing facility.Therole may require occasional exposure to production environments where noise levels arehigherandPPE isrequired.
