- Strong hands-on experience in Python development
- Mandatory experience with Thought Machine (TM Vault / Vault Core)
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Hands-on with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience working in banking / financial services environments
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams
- Develop and enhance backend services using Python and TM Vault
- Integrate core banking systems using APIs and event-driven architecture
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance services
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams
