Lafayette 3920 Building 3920 St. Francis Way Lafayette, Indiana 47905*WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:* Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to meet the growing demand for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at [FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Lafayette]( located in Lafayette, Indiana. *WHAT WE NEED:* Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. *WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:* * Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. * Average outpatient volume: 12 - 15 patients per day * Average inpatient consults: 0 - 4 consults per week * Shared call expectation * Extensive resources including onsite Clinical Diabetes Educators * Potential outreach to surrounding locations * Common Diagnoses: * Type I Diabetes * Type II Diabetes * Insulin pumps * Continuous Glucose Monitoring * Primary Hyperparathyroidism * Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism * Thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer * Hypogonadism * Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome * Pituitary-Adrenal Disorders *WHO WE ARE:* [Franciscan Health]( is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois.
