Associate Business Manager

We are a dynamic local sales and marketing company specializing in consumer products. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Associate Business Manager to join our team. This role requires strong skills in client management and sales development, as well as the ability to manage day-to-day business operations effectively. Location: Woonsocket, RI. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Directors to manage client sales, new product launches, and daily business needs. Assist Senior Managers with new product development and routine business tasks. Develop marketing plans and product promotions. Recommend merchandising strategies and assist with inventory forecasting. Provide basic category support for suppliers. Support new product development initiatives. Engage in routine interactions with suppliers and customers. Assist business teams with sales plans, artwork, and presentations. Required Skills and Expertise Excellent customer-facing presence Excellent skills in managing the details of day-to-day client management Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency Strong communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Strong time management skills Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities Ability to adapt well to changing priorities Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment Demonstrates strong initiative and follow-through Understands the importance of customer/client confidentiality and strictly adheres to this requirement Analytical skills a plus Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail business management or a related field. Experience in consumer products and/or retail is preferred. Working knowledge of CVS Health merchandising format is a plus. Experience in a client-facing role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with CVS business tools is highly preferred. Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
