We are looking to hire a Full Time Optometrist to serve patients and deliver excellent care in Warwick, RI! 20 min drive to Providence! 

 

DETAILS:

• Full time
• Scope of practice includes: Primary Care, Medical, Pre/Post Opps
• Large office! Work with multiple doctors in an OD/MD setting 
• On-call schedule
• Only six times per year
• You will be paid for call 
• See 25 patients per day on average 
• Full support team, including scribe and technician support
• Updated technology - OCT, Visual field, Optos, EMR

 

SCHEDULE:

• 5 days a week
• 4 day work week available 
• Hours are 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 32 hours, 36 hours, or 40 hour options 

 

Compensation + Benefits:

• $135,000 base and 32% of net collections
• 1st year income average is: $170,000
• 2nd year income range: $180,000 - $200,000 ramped up to increased volume 
• Must work 30 hours per week to be eligible for benefits 
• Medical & Dental Insurance
• 3 weeks PTO

• 401(k) Plan
• Relocation allowance of up to $5,000

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry exam.**
