Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Pay: $21.75 per hour

If you're detail-oriented, a team player, and love working in a fast-paced environment — this gig might just be your perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Packing lubricant products like a pro into containers big and small
- Keeping an eagle eye on quality and safety — no shortcuts here
- Running, adjusting, and babying the machines to keep production humming
- Logging info into our computer system (bonus points for accuracy!)
- Swapping out packaging setups and cleaning machines like a boss
- Lending a hand in the warehouse – picking, receiving, organizing
- Operating forklifts (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
- Pitching in with general tasks and keeping things tidy
- Taking on special projects when they pop up
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and a great attitude
