Digital Marketing Coordinator Company: Bloodworks Northwest Job Type: Part Time Salary: $0.00 Per Month Location: Redmond Posted On: 04-Sep-2023 Job Description Populate, proof, test and deploy daily emails and other marketing campaigns with our custom email builder tool. Work closely with team management to ensure exact specifications are met. Check that information and links are correct, check for accuracy, communicate errors and sign off on final version. Responsibilities Build database segments based on specifications and instructions. Monitor email deliverability and address any issues. Create email HTML from preexisting templates, with daily, weekly modifications. Perform quality assurance testing and previews on all emails to reduce errors, and assist in cross-checking with team members work to ensure accuracy. Interact with internal teams and/or stakeholders as needed with regards to production. Review and edit HTML to ensure emails render properly in various email clients and browsers. Source content via content management system and production team to populate creative. Facilitate proper review processes. Create tracking links and reporting. Carry out A/B testing and reporting. Light copywriting, editing, and proofreading as needed. Follow email brand guidelines and fix inconsistencies. Research current trends and suggest improvements to elevate existing campaigns. Complete other duties and projects as assigned. Skill Set Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities to achieve defined goals. Can independently troubleshoot any issues and elevate/communicate clearly for assistance as needed. Consistent and reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Use of a company or personal vehicle for company business requires an acceptable driver’s record as defined by the vehicle policy. Occasional work or presence outside of normal daily office hours.
