Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required License: Valid CA PT License required Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy - Valid California PT License - BLS Certification Description: Locals accepted within a 50-mile travel requirement. Candidates should be aware that locals may be accepted at a lower rate. Weekend availability is required. Previous work with Epic is preferred. Clinicians may float within scope to meet facility needs. Candidates must have charting system experience. Professional references from the previous year are required. Maximum requested time off is 7 days per contract. Holiday requests are limited to one per contract. All compliance documents must be submitted 10 days prior to the start date. Candidates must complete a 7-year work history verification. Proper documentation may be required if verification cannot be completed. Modules and training will need to be completed as part of the onboarding process.
