You will lead the way in patient care by conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions that target each patient's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventative measures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Licensure / Certification: Valid California Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain one.
