Home of the Innocents is seeking a dedicated RN, Clinical Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical oversight within our Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center. In this role, you'll support nurses and nursing assistants, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and help ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care for residents with complex medical needs. A Day in the Life As the Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you'll provide leadership and clinical oversight to ensure safe, high-quality care for residents of the Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center. You'll support and mentor nursing staff, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and help maintain regulatory compliance while promoting positive health outcomes for children and young adults with complex medical, developmental, and physical needs.
