Regional Healthcare Manager SNF Care & Strategy

Careasehealth

Carease Health is seeking a Healthcare Regional Manager to oversee program delivery across multiple skilled nursing facilities. You will partner with facility leadership to ensure services are implemented effectively and maintained with CMS guidelines in mind.

The role requires travel to sites, strong leadership, and the ability to educate staff while aligning with corporate objectives. A healthcare degree and SNF experience are preferred for success.
