What You'll Do

As a Shrivers Pharmacist, you'll play an important role in providing exceptional care to our patients and supporting the day-to-day success of the pharmacy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide safe, accurate, and high-quality pharmaceutical care in accordance with professional standards and Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee medication preparation, dispensing, labeling, and documentation.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Build strong relationships with patients and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Assist with resolving insurance issues and prescription-related concerns.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain an efficient, compliant, and patient-focused environment.
• Serve as a trusted healthcare resource for patients and the community.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited college or university.
• Current, active Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio.
• Successful completion of a fingerprint-based criminal history evaluation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-first attitude and commitment to excellent patient care.
• A genuine passion for community-focused healthcare.
• Leadership experience preferred.
