About This Role The Registered Nurse Non‑Acute functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population to achieve desired outcomes. Highlights Location: Red Bank, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Per Diem What You’ll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Develop a plan of care that prescribes strategies and interventions. Communicate, coordinate, and implement the plan of care. Provide ongoing communication with patient/family and healthcare team. Perform continuous Point‑of‑Care electronic documentation. Administer medications utilizing advancements in bar‑scanning technology. Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes. Identify ethical issues in the practice setting and address them. Requirements Education Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license required. Experience At least one year of RN experience required. At least one year working in an outpatient setting preferred. Licenses & Certifications BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required.
