Registered Dietitian (RD) - Full Time On Site Ponderosa Villa- Crawford, Nebraska Ponderosa Villa is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dietitian to support residents in Crawford, Nebraska. Competitive wages Mileage reimbursement Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Leadership team that values clinical input and initiative What You’ll Do: Provide nutrition services across Ponderosa Villa Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and document findings in the electronic medical record Develop and adjust care plans based on clinical data, including labs, weight trends, intake, and diagnoses Deliver nutrition education to residents, families, and staff Partner with nursing, therapy, and leadership teams to support resident outcomes Maintain compliance with CMS, federal, and Nebraska state regulations Support multiple locations as needed, with flexibility built into scheduling Contribute to quality improvement efforts and survey readiness What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree from an accredited dietetics program (ACEND/CADE approved) Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Active state licensure in Nebraska.
