• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Field of Study Preferred: Engineering or Science Required
• 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)

• Ensure accurate sample collection and quality control testing
• Provide verbal findings and written test results to management and production staff
• Supervise the Technicians across all sites
• Certify results of laboratory findings as needed
• Manage and assist the technicians to ensure all facilities are producing product within specification
