Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active South Carolina PT license
• 2 years recent PT experience
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Assignment Details

• Outpatient setting
• Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Fridays 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM
• Occasional weekend coverage for acute care evaluations every 5 weeks
