OB/GYN Partnership Opportunity in Silverdale, WA

We are excited to announce an opening for a board eligible or board certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join our healthcare partnership at the Women's & Children's Clinic, located just west of Seattle in the picturesque Silverdale, Washington.

Position Overview

The OB/GYN department is seeking a seventh member to enhance our team of dedicated medical professionals. This role offers a balanced mix of 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology . Enjoy a standard Monday through Friday work schedule, with a call rotation of 1:7, plus county call at 1:10. You will typically see an average of 18-25 clinical patients per day . All services are provided from a single clinical site and a hospital with a level 2 NICU, conveniently housed within the same building.

Our organization is the largest of its kind located west of Seattle on the Kitsap Peninsula. We collaborate with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health's network to offer a wide range of specialties and services.

With seven patient care clinics, our team comprises approximately 80 physicians and advanced practice clinicians , supported by a staff of around 350, all dedicated to serving the county's 274,000 residents. Our providers cover a diverse array of specialties, including primary care, surgery, and various sub-specialties.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed salary for two years with potential for productivity bonuses.

The salary range for this position is $345,000 to $365,000 annually , plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate; actual compensation may vary based on the applicant's education, training, experience, and certifications, as well as internal equity and local market data at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific circumstances of each applicant.
