You'll have genuine ownership and impact within a high-growth business, helping them continue to scale across the globe. You'll be a key member of the business and have a huge say in the team scaling.
You'll be the main technical point of contact for customers across their EMEA market and you'll manage the relationship day to day. (*You must understand the full customer journey for this one)
What's in it for you?

* Fully remote (must be UK/Ireland based)
* Flexible working hours (they are big believers that once the work gets done, you can shape your own day/working hours)
What do you need?
* SOC / SIEM experience
* Ability to read and edit Python (or similar)
* Live troubleshooting experience
* APIs / integration tools
* Proven customer-facing experience. You've led calls, owned accounts, ran QBRs. We need someone who can understand the full customer journey )
