Job Description Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors to maintain project timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any concerns promptly. Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions. Ensure materials and equipment are available on-site as needed to avoid delays. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Healthcare Construction should have: Experience with healthcare construction projects and their specific requirements. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and ensure project success. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
