Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator Company: Beacon Hill's Client Location: Burnsville, MN Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Work Arrangement: Full-Time, Onsite Employment Type: Contract (1 Month) Compensation: $25-$28/hour Key Responsibilities Welcome guests, employees, and vendors while providing exceptional front desk customer service. Respond to and route incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner. Issue, track, and maintain visitor access badges according to company procedures. Oversee daily reception area activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Assemble and organize onboarding materials and new hire packets for incoming employees. Monitor break room inventory and replenish supplies as needed. Coordinate office supply purchases and maintain adequate inventory levels. Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries when requested. Assist with a variety of administrative, clerical, and office support tasks. Maintain office security by ensuring entry doors remain secured and following visitor access protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or office support role. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with employees, visitors, and vendors. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
