HVAC Technician $60K$85K+ | Company Van | No Nights or Weekends Mr. Handyman of Hendersonville | Hendersonville, TN (Greater Nashville)

What the job looks like: You'll run residential HVAC service calls in Hendersonville and the surrounding Nashville suburbs diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems for homeowners. We keep your schedule full so you focus on the work, not hunting for leads. Our CSR team handles booking and follow-up. You show up, do great work, and go home.

What you'll be doing:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, split systems, furnaces, air handlers)
• Perform tune-ups and preventative maintenance
• Communicate findings and options clearly to homeowners
• Represent the Mr. Handyman brand with professionalism

What we need from you:

• 3+ years residential HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 Certification (required)
• Valid Tennessee driver's license, clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting skills and good customer communication
• HVAC/R license or ability to obtain preferred
