BDO USA is seeking a GES Senior Manager to execute tax work on equity compensation, deferred compensation/409A, IRC section 162(m), 280G/Golden Parachute analyses, ASC 718, ASC 740, payroll taxes, and employee stock option plans for individuals and corporate returns.
