Executive Tax Leader - Equity & Compensation
BDO USA
BDO USA is seeking a GES Senior Manager to execute tax work on equity compensation, deferred compensation/409A, IRC section 162(m), 280G/Golden Parachute analyses, ASC 718, ASC 740, payroll taxes, and employee stock option plans for individuals and corporate returns. You will supervise GES Managers and below, train staff on tax software, deliver performance reviews, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with general tax and audit teams to provide compensation and benefits support to clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr BDO USA
