Responsibilities

Staff provides counseling, career assessment, career development, job coaching, and job development to individuals with psychiatric disabilities. Staff provides information on post-secondary educational opportunities, financial aid, and accommodations.Delivers educational support services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities, family members, colleges, and providers. Staff performs job development, job matching, coaching, and retention activities under the supervision of supervisory staff. Staff utilizes tools such as motivational interviewing, readiness assessment and development, IMR, WRAP, and CBT to result in better educational and employment outcomes. Staff will employ the Choose-Get-Keep-and Leave approach to services.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Defensive Driving Class within 3 months of hire

Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $25.82/Hr. to $34.86/Hr. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
