Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

Overview Full Time in Jacksonville, FL. State Farm agency seeking a motivated Appointment Setter/Lead Coordinator to connect potential customers with our licensed insurance team. This role focuses on lead follow-up and appointment setting, not selling policies. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers Follow up with internet and marketing leads Schedule appointments for licensed agents Maintain accurate notes in our CRM system Provide friendly and professional service on every call Help keep our sales team\'s calendars full Qualifications Strong communication and phone skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable making outbound calls Organized and detail oriented Customer service or call center experience preferred Ability to work independently and stay motivated About Our Agency Our agency is committed to helping customers protect what matters most while providing exceptional service.
