FP&A Compensation Analyst - Data-Driven & Strategic
Wellington Management Company
Wellington Management Company is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the Finance function by managing position and cost data. This role includes producing financial analyses and ensuring accurate compensation reporting while partnering with Human Resources and senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 3-5 years of relevant experience, with advanced skills in Excel, Workday, and PowerBI.
