Bish's RV Billings 6708 S Frontage Rd Billings, MT 59101, USA Description We are seekinga skilled and dependable Experienced RV Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will independently diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and chassis components. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and overall service quality. Key Objectives Lead complex diagnostics and repair to ensure timely and accurate service on a wide range of RV makes and models. Support service department performance by mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a collaborative, high-quality work environment. Maintain a high standard of workmanship that enhances customer satisfaction and promotes repeat business. Responsibilities Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation Diagnose and repair RV systems including but not limited to: electric (AC/DC), plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, chassis, and structural components. Install aftermarket accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, leveling jacks, hitches, and awnings. Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare units for customer delivery. Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time tracking. Provide guidance and on-the-job training to entry-level and mid-level technicians. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and dealership standards. Keep workspace organized, clean, and stocked with essential tools and materials.
