Road Assist Support Specialist

General ResponsibilitiesPrepares and produces the Repair Order (RO) History report.Maintains tracking of invoices necessary for the RO report.Communicates with vendors to obtain invoices as needed.Enters invoice information in the RO with stories and proper SAP coding.Reviews non-warranty invoices and uses independent judgment to identify classification errors.Directly contacts the proper Kenworth or Thermo King Representative to assist in getting misclassified invoices modified.Review and address ROs that are over 90 days old and need to be processed through Accounts Payable.Assists Road Assist Manager with Thermo King (SVC), as well as Travel Centers and Love’s centralized billing statements. Verifies for accuracy before forwarding to Accounts Payable.Acts as main point of contact for Driver Payroll and Settlements on any discrepancies with advances and PO’s issued by Road Assist.Assists in locating invoices for Hauling Elsewhere Claims.Respond to O.N.E Leasing emails to ensure that Hauling Elsewhere drivers’ preventative maintenance invoices are addressed timely.Locate invoices for warranty filing (tow sublets, jumpstarts and IC/HE driver invoices)Assists IT with getting ROs closed so units can be moved from active to inactive status.Assists IT in reviewing the RO Error report to address ROs that are over 90 days and not Accounts PayableReview and address ROs that are over 90 days old and need to be processed through Accounts Payable.Ensures equipment warranty coverage is communicated to repair shops, and pricing reflects accurate warranty coverage.Sets up equipment recoveries for all abandoned equipment.Sets up cleaning services and exterminators, as necessary.Assist in obtaining invoices for driver advances to ensure reasonable reimbursement times.Performs and updates e-shop (Travel Centers) website repairs.Other ResponsibilitiesTrains all new RA Coordinators in invoice procedures and TMT software procedures.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Transam-Trucking
