Together, we make a difference.The Systems Support Specialist II must possess the intermediate technical and analytical skills required to implement PC/Network microcomputers, as well as support the use of Operating System and application software. Responsibilities will include the support of internal customers in the configuration, training, and problem-resolution regarding the Network, MS operating system, Mobile device OS, desktop applications, and computer equipment. The Systems Support Specialist II will also assist other IT support team members in diagnosing and implementing team/corporate projects. Work is monitored and reviewed through reports, and results are attained. They should have an overall awareness of the company's structure, business goals and systems. Individuals must be flexible to travel, shift changes, and after-hours support.Typically shift time will be 8-5pm or 8:30-5:30pm CST. There will be potential for a hybrid schedule after training, depending on workability for the location/staff.Job Duties Include:Support Mobile DevicesMonitor and process email and cases from Service Desk and voicemail boxCreate cases and assign to other IT resourcesAssist with employee equipment movesPre-image machines for equipment replacementAssist with non-specific tasks to aide IT personnelInstall Windows OS and certified software on user computersAssist with technical support for user conferencesAssist with equipment inventoryMaintain ServiceDesk documentationMaintain Software imageCreate & maintain new and terminated employee ID's, mailbox, storage, and equipmentRequirements:At least 2 years' experience in a technical support position2 - 4 years' experience with PC computing and PC applicationsA+, Network+, or Networking Essentials Certification requiredIntermediate knowledge of supported software applicationsExcellent oral and written communication skillsSkill in applying a logical approach to solving problemsExcellent attention to detailAbility to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions and to present oral and written reports clearly and conciselyAbility to establish effective working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, and representatives of other departmentsAbility to plan work and work independentlyGood interpersonal skills and a desire to promote team accomplishmentDemonstrate competence, efficiency, and complete professionalismMust be able to lift 50lbsCentralSquare Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
