- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Integration department.
- Perform quality inspections of customer orders, device configurations, inventory transactions, and outbound shipments.
- Verify products are configured, labeled, packaged, and documented according to customer and project requirements.
- Identify quality issues, process gaps, and operational risks while partnering with the Integration Manager to resolve concerns.
- Conduct root cause analyses and assist with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Monitor daily workflows to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain detailed inspection records, audit documentation, quality metrics, and corrective action logs.
- Prepare quality reports and communicate trends and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Inventory, Project Management, and Operations teams to improve quality and efficiency.
- Assist with quality training and coaching for Integration team members.
- Review customer feedback, returns, and quality incidents to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Participate in internal process audits and recommend workflow improvements.
- Utilize systems including Monday.com, NetSuite, IntelliTrack, and other operational platforms.
- Support additional departmental initiatives as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in quality assurance, quality control, warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related operational environment preferred.
- Experience in inventory management, fulfillment, or device integration operations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience conducting inspections, audits, and documenting quality findings.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Monday.com, NetSuite, IntelliTrack, JotForm, Smartsheet, or similar business systems preferred.
