Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo identification badge at all times while on site

• Current COTA certification (NBCOT) required
• Active New Mexico Occupational Therapy Assistant license required
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required to be presented at the facility
• NM Caregivers Account required for eligibility to work in New Mexico

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting
• Familiarity with New Mexico state regulatory and compliance requirements for therapy staff

• Expected 35 hours per week providing a consistent schedule throughout the contract period
