About This Role The Sp Unit Staff RN provides professional nursing care as a leader of the healthcare team, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Highlights Pay: $70 - $96/hour Location: Downey, CA Facility: Kaiser Permanente Schedule: Full Time What You’ll Do Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Serve as a leader of the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately. Understand own and team members' scope of practice and escalated issues as appropriate. Demonstrate professional, supportive behavior and champion new ideas. Lead and direct others through the change process. Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care. Monitor patients' progress based on the care plan. Ensure patient safety related to medications and procedures. Chart accurately and utilize computer systems effectively for patient care. Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.
