Senior Manager, IT Manufacturing Site Lead

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, IT Manufacturing Site Leader in Wilson, North Carolina to develop and deliver end-to-end technology solutions supporting drug manufacturing operations. This strategic role bridges site leadership and enterprise IT, managing technology roadmaps, digital transformation, operational performance, and IT talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, deployment, and coordination of site technology solutions aligned with enterprise and segment strategies
  • Translate operational priorities and risks into multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable business value
  • Serve as strategic technology partner and account manager for site leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive digital transformation and manufacturing automation initiatives including MES and data analytics
  • Manage site IT operations, incident response, service governance, and continuity performance

Requirements

  • Leadership experience managing IT strategy and technology portfolios at scale
  • Track record translating business priorities into technology roadmaps and digital agendas
  • Expertise in manufacturing operations, MES, IIoT, or industrial automation technologies
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management with proven delivery execution capabilities
  • Knowledge of IT financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization
  • Experience with Agile, Lean IT, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management
