This opportunity is ideal for someone who currently holds the appropriate state licensing, or is willing to obtain it quickly and is motivated to make a meaningful impact on clients and the local community. Role Overview As a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen, you play a pivotal role in addressing members’ financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and supporting the continued growth of the local office. Over time, the role can expand to include recruiting, training, and developing other financial representatives, contributing to the overall success of the team. Compensation Starting income ranging from $97K to $192K+, commensurate with experience and outcomes. Qualifications Team Spirited, Enthusiastic and possesses a great Attitude when facing challenges Possessing a competitive nature or experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try-athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer, etc.) is a bonus.
