MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. This role requires expertise in MRI procedures and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans and ensure the quality and safety of imaging procedures.
• Prepare patients for MRI procedures and explain the imaging process to them.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss MRI findings and patient care.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in MRI technology.
• Certification from ARRT or ARMRIT is preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Proof of a negative TB screening within 12 months of the contract start date.
• A second modality certification is preferred.

Location: This position is available in Arcata, CA, and surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius, including McKinleyville, Eureka, Blue Lake, Trinidad, Westhaven, Samoa, Bayside, Freshwater, and others.

Shift Information: This role is for day shifts and may require holiday coverage.
