This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a high-visibility operational seat with real influence on customer confidence, crew productivity, completed revenue, and the future of how Bonfe coordinates installation work.

What You'll Do:

You will own the coordination hub for your trade's installation business-keeping crews productive, customers informed, and projects moving from sold work to completed, invoiced revenue.

The day-to-day details vary across Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Drains, but the five responsibilities below define success in every trade.

1. Maximize Installation Production: Own the installation schedule by maximizing crew utilization, minimizing avoidable downtime, and filling available capacity whenever possible.

Align people, job readiness, materials, and timing so crews can perform at a high level.

1. Coordinate the Customer Journey: Guide customers from initial scheduling through project completion with proactive, professional communication.

Set clear expectations, communicate changes early, answer questions confidently, and follow through on commitments.

1. Drive Revenue Completion: Own the administrative and financial completion of installation projects.
   Ensure deposits and payments are addressed, required documentation is complete, invoices are accurate, and sold work becomes recognized revenue without unnecessary delay.
2. Maintain Schedule and Project Accuracy: Keep jobs, technician assignments, permits, inspections, notes, materials, payments, statuses, and scheduling information accurate and current in ServiceTitan and supporting systems.
   Question inconsistencies and resolve missing information.
3. Optimize Future Workload: Continuously manage the install backlog by pulling work forward, responding to cancellations, coordinating returns and inspections, confirming parts or material readiness, and surfacing capacity concerns before they become problems.

How You Will Make an Impact:

No two days will look exactly the same.

You may schedule an installation, solve a material or permitting gap, coordinate an inspection, update a customer, adjust a crew, correct project information, or pull another job forward.

• Customers and crews receive clear, proactive, and actionable updates.
• The schedule reflects real capacity, job readiness, and current priorities.
• Sold work moves toward completion with fewer stalls, surprises, and handoff gaps.
• Details are accurate, open items are visible, and commitments are followed through.
• Process gaps are identified and improved rather than accepted as normal.

Key Partners:

Installation technicians and apprentices, Install Management, Dispatch, warehouse and purchasing teams, permitting and inspection partners, Finance, and customer-facing teams.

What You'll Bring:

• A strong track record of organizing schedules, projects, customers, or operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional follow-through and attention to details that other people rely on.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
• Sound judgment, critical thinking, and the confidence to ask questions when information does not make sense.
• Comfort learning technology. ServiceTitan or similar field-service, scheduling, ERP, or CRM systems are a plus.
• High personal accountability, integrity, and the ability to work independently while winning as part of a team.
