Nanny

A fully staffed private household seeks an experienced, professional ROTA nanny to join its team. You will report directly to a Lead ROTA Nanny and work within an established household framework. This role suits a capable, team-oriented caregiver who operates confidently and independently while following systems already in place. You take direction well from the senior ROTA, adopt existing household protocols and systems in full, and ensure smooth continuity between rotations. Experience in early childhood education, or working closely with toddlers, sets you apart. The right person is affectionate, engaged, and nurturing. You also hold clear structure, boundaries, and consistency. You take pride in your work, set high internal standards, and bring sound judgment and confidence to your caregiving. This role demands professionalism, discretion, situational awareness, and deep respect for the family\'s privacy. The family will consider fly-in-fly-out arrangements for East Coast candidates and relocation for strong candidates. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for two toddler-aged children Partner with the Lead ROTA Nanny to deliver seamless transitions and consistent care Create a calm, nurturing environment that supports each child\'s growth and development Maintain steady routines, structure, and age-appropriate boundaries Support emotional regulation, independence, and resilience Own full child-related responsibilities during your working weeks, including organizing children\'s spaces and transporting the children to and from activities, appointments, and daycare Keep clear, consistent verbal and written communication across rotations, including detailed handover notes Adopt existing household protocols, routines, and systems in full Travel with the family, both nationally and internationally Qualifications Minimum 10 years of professional childcare experience Early childhood education background a strong plus Experience in a fully staffed household and as part of a team Travel nanny experience, with comfort traveling for extended periods nationally and internationally Comfortable in a sole-charge position when the parents trave Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and situational awareness Professional and discreet, with respect for household structure and hierarchy Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record Must love dogs! Compensation: $140,000 to $160000+ DOE, medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) with match, paid holidays, and a discretionary bonus Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off, live-out while off duty.
