The Role

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Associate to win back prospects who didn’t buy the first time. You’ll reconnect with previously lost, disqualified, or inactive inbound leads, learn what has changed in their business, and guide the right ones back into an active sales conversation.

This is a hands-on, early-career sales role. You’ll spend most of your time running discovery updates and tailored demos, and the rest sharing what you learn with our Sales Enablement, RevOps, and Sales teams so we get better at winning people over the first time around.

Location:

We welcome both local and remote applicants for this role. Candidates must permanently live and work in the U.S. to be considered.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate revived leads to determine fit, readiness, and urgency
• Reconnect with lost, disqualified, and inactive inbound prospects through email, phone, and scheduled sequences
• Run brief discovery updates to understand what has changed in a prospect’s business or requirements since the last conversation
• Run tailored product demos that speak directly to each prospect’s needs and pain points
• Communicate product value clearly, handle objections, and guide prospects through their decision-making process
• Move qualified leads back into active pipeline stages and own them through demo and close
• Document updated use cases, pain points, objections, and decision criteria
• Keep CRM records clean and accurate for every revived opportunity
• Share trends among lost leads, including common objections and reasons for churn, with Sales Enablement to inform targeted campaigns
• Partner with RevOps to improve lost-lead workflows, tagging, and CRM processes
• Track and report recurring objections and patterns that affect win-back success
• Participate in sales meetings by sharing updates, blockers, and learnings, and keep growing through product, methodology, and objection-handling training

• Turning missed opportunities into new customers and growing active pipeline
• Giving prospects a fresh, relevant look at what CompanyCam can do for their business today
• Surfacing the reasons deals stall so Sales, Enablement, and RevOps can improve how we sell
• Strengthening CRM data and lost-lead processes across the revenue team
• Building a repeatable playbook for lead revival that the whole team can use

What You'll Bring

• Strong communication skills with a professional, persistent, and friendly approach
• Ability to follow structured processes and keep accurate records in a CRM
• Comfort reaching out to dormant or previously lost prospects with confidence and patience
• High organization, with the ability to manage multiple follow-up threads at once
• Enthusiasm for learning SaaS products, sales fundamentals, and customer engagement techniques
• Willingness to seek coaching, apply feedback, and share what works with the team
• Resilience and a positive mindset, including staying upbeat through brush-offs, objections, and unanswered calls, because not every prospect will be ready to hear from us again, and you’ll keep showing up with energy anyway
• Internship or early experience in sales, customer success, or support, preferred
• Familiarity with CRM or sales engagement tools, preferred
• Understanding of basic SaaS product concepts and customer pain points, preferred

Benefits & Compensation

This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our salary is $40,000 per year. Our average on target earnings (OTE) are around $85,600 and our commission is uncapped . We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
