Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostics to understand clients’ mental health needs, ensuring accurate identification of issues and development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver individualized therapy sessions to individuals, families, and groups, addressing a wide array of mental health topics such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate a holistic approach to client care, ensuring that all medical and psychological aspects are considered.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, demonstrating empathy and effective problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues, thereby reducing stigma and inviting more individuals to seek help.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Preferred Experience\n
