What you’ll do: As a Food Runner in our team, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of dishes from the kitchen to the guests. This includes collaborating with kitchen staff to organize orders, verifying accuracy, and presenting them to guests in an appealing manner. You'll work closely with servers, expediting the dining experience by delivering courses promptly. Maintaining clear communication with the kitchen and front-of-house staff, and ensuring the proper presentation of dishes are essential to your role. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment contribute significantly to our guests' overall satisfaction. What we need from you: At least 1 year experience in a Food Runner role in a full-service restaurant Must have current Food Handler and TABC permits Must be flexible with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time Ability to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
