Key services include general medical and surgical inpatient care and treatment, emergency services, surgical services, behavioral health, comprehensive heart center, and diagnostic imaging.ResponsibilitiesThe CNA in the DOU department is a certified assistive person who assists with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to non-critical patients and assists in maintenance of a safe environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.QualificationsEducation, Experience, Training:Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.Current BLS upon hire and maintain current.Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.Minimum six months of previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office preferred.Pay TransparencyWest Anaheim Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs.
