10‑4 Logistics USA seeks experienced, full‑time W‑2 Class A CDL drivers based in Athens, GA to operate flatbed freight across the contiguous United States. These positions are intended for drivers who prefer regional and over‑the‑road (OTR) schedules with consistent weekly home time. • Typical duties
  • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
  • Perform flatbed load securement and freight protection, including tarping and the use of straps, chains, and binders (approximately 40–50% of loads require tarping).
  • Haul regional and OTR flatbed freight with typical runs up to 2,000–2,500 miles covering multiple states.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.
  • Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Minimum 1 year OTR driving experience and at least 6 months flatbed experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with straps, tarps, chains, and binders for securement.
  • Experience hauling steel and steel pipe is preferred.
