Medical Front Office

O2 Employment Services is working with a local medical office to find their next Medical Front Office team member. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with patients and wants to expand their experience within the medical field. This position offers lots of cross-training opportunities, including exposure to Medical Assistant duties and other areas of the practice. Medical Front Office Compensation & Schedule: $21/hour Full-time opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered through O2 Opportunity for cross-training and professional growth Medical Front Office Requirements: Previous medical office, or healthcare experience required Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills Comfortable working directly with patients Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy medical office Dependable and willing to learn Must be a team player Must be open to cross-training and assisting in multiple areas of the practice Interest in learning Medical Assistant duties is a plus Medical Front Office Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients Answer phones and assist with patient questions Schedule and confirm appointments Update patient information and maintain accurate records Assist with general front office and administrative duties Communicate with providers and clinical staff Help keep patient flow organized and efficient Cross-train in Medical Assistant and other clinical/administrative duties Assist in other areas of the office as needed Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
