Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position located in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients on a shift basis, with responsibilities including supervision of staff and ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe nursing care. The position requires assessing patient needs, planning, and implementing care, while supporting the facilitys clinical operations.

Job Details:

• Location: Memphis, Tennessee
• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), current licensure in Tennessee, no minimum experience required, and ability to work days shift between 6:45 am to 7:15 pm.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in operating room or surgical nursing preferred.
• Additional Information: The operating room registered nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The RN will supervise staff to whom care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high standards of patient care, staff competency, and resource management.
