What you’ll do We are looking for a high-velocity Senior Manager, Growth Systems & Campaign Operations to serve as our primary AMER regional operator and campaign execution lead. You will bridge the gap between regional marketing teams, SDR fleets, and global MarTech architecture. This is a dynamic, high-impact individual contributor (IC) role where you will own high-volume outbound deliverability infrastructure (secondary domain warming, Smartlead/Instantly, Clay verification), regional campaign builds, landing page/template design, webinar setups, and post-event sales outreach automation. The role is based in San Francisco. Responsibilities: AMER Campaign Production Engine: Act as the dedicated regional operator for AMER marketing campaigns—building Marketo email programs, forms, landing pages, and dynamic retargeting to collapse turnaround SLAs from days to real-time. High‑Volume Outbound Systems & Infrastructure: Build and maintain enterprise secondary domain infrastructure (Google Workspace/M365, DNS settings: SPF/DKIM/DMARC), managing automated inbox warming software (Instantly/Smartlead), daily volume caps (~30–50 sends/inbox), and real‑time verification loops (ZeroBounce/Clay). Webinar & Event Operations: Own end‑to‑end event infrastructure (Zoom/ON24 to Marketo API syncing, form mapping, non‑registrant list builds, and automated gift card triggers via Sendoso/Reachdesk). Post-Event Outreach Sequence Automation: Load copy, format dynamic tokens, configure triggers, and stage post‑event automated sequences in Outreach/Salesloft while running pre‑launch QA checks. Template Engineering & Asset Design: Build, code, and maintain responsive HTML/CSS Marketo email and landing page templates, embedding Marketo forms across Mutiny web personalization experiences. Deliverability Audits & Tracking QA: Monitor domain reputation (GlockApps, Google Postmaster), manage 30‑day active list caps, enforce UTM parameter standards, and audit asset conversion performance. Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications: 7+ years of hands‑on Marketing Operations, Growth Systems, or Campaign Production experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or Fintech organization. Advanced proficiency in Marketo program builds, smart lists, forms, landing pages, and tokens. Experience with secondary domain setups, DNS configurations, and cold outreach sequencers (Smartlead, Instantly, Outreach). Hands‑on HTML/CSS knowledge for email/landing page template editing. Experience with Salesforce, Clay, ChiliPiper, Zoom Webinar, and Sendoso. Comfortable operating as a hybrid builder and executor, with the ability to build technical infrastructure while moving quickly to deliver campaign assets Preferred qualifications: Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) preferred.
