What you'll need:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Illinois SLP licensure and ASHA CCC certification
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency (required)
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Flexibility to work with early childhood through 8th grade students

What you'll do:

• Manage a caseload of bilingual (Spanish) students, likely early childhood-8th grade (estimated 10-15 students)
• Support an additional monolingual caseload, determined by schedule (up to 40-45 students if full time, max 50)
• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
