The company is proud of its broad portfolio of nearly 10,000 active patents, and is focused on fully leveraging its highly differentiated business model to deliver solid growth with consistent best-in-class margins and return on capital./ph3Basic Function/h3pProficient computer skills required to support the disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, troubleshooting, testing, and calibration of flow measurement controllers in the Service And Repair Department./ph3Essential Duties And Responsibilities/h3ulliFollow established procedures and processes./liliPurge and/or clean industrial devices exposed to hazardous fluids./liliDisassemble/reassemble devices. Water wash appropriate parts./liliLog replaced parts in RMA tracker and MAPICS, and update RMA tracker for completing status summary reports./liliPerform pressure tests and helium leak tests, and repair meter by replacing parts./liliPrepare devices for calibration./liliAbility to adapt and perform repairs across multiple industrial device product families./liliTroubleshooting of flow measurement controllers/meters./liliHave the ability to use Teamcenter to locate assembly drawings, Bill of Materials and other business system as necessary./liliRead and understand product operating specifications/configurations as they pertain to pressure, gas and liquid type, etc./liliThe ability to follow all safety policies and procedures./liliSupport company and department with continuous improvement initiatives./liliKeep work areas clean and organized./liliMaintain regular attendance and is able to get along and work in a team environment./liliTake direction from team leads and management./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulh3Tools And Equipment/h3pWrenches, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, test equipment and basic computer programs./ph3Education And Experience/h3ulliBasic computer skills using email and web sites/liliMicrosoft Excel and Word is preferred./liliExperience in industrial assembly and calibration preferred./liliStrong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude desired./liliFamiliarity with various hand tools and their application/use preferred./liliThe ability to multi-task is required./liliHigh school diploma or GED equivalent required./liliMust be able to read and write (English)./li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3pThe physical demands of kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, lifting (approximately 20 lbs., occasionally up to 40 lbs.), talking, hearing, and repetitive motions are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
