As a Foodservice Carton & Specialty Finance Manager reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be providing the financial leadership to our business decision making with the aim of maximizing long-term value, cash flows and shareholder return within the Americas Packaging Division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in an Accounting / Finance role with 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment and will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for their Region to ensure we meet our business objectives. In addition, this position will offer the opportunity to work with cross functional teams to analyze data, provide management with a fair assessment of key projects including how we can optimize it in a way that helps to generate superior business results for the company; as well as support continuous improvement activities to achieve world class financial reporting standards. This position is remote but requires travel to the Foodservice Carton & Specialty sites.

This position is remote but must be located in the US with travel to Foodservice Carton & Specialty plant locations in GA, AL, OH, SD, and WI.

Oversight of the Foodservice Carton & Specialty Region’s financial personnel and processes. Key processes include monthly close, monthly financial forecasts, annual operating plans and compliance matters. Responsibilities also include: analysis and evaluation of the Region’s monthly operating results, annual budgets, monthly production and financial forecasts, and weekly results reporting. Provide analytical support for cross functional projects including but not limited to customer profitability analysis and pricing etc.

Ad hoc financial analysis of financial and operating metrics to support reporting requirements. Maintain/Develop complex financial models as needed. Assure Plants are in compliance with the Company’s policies and controls. Analysis of plant results. Ad hoc analysis. Support the development and analysis of Plant annual operating plan. Support Plants and Plant Controllers as needed on special projects. Support Corporate Level analysis for key items as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business-related field required. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP R3 and OLAP tools Strong financial modeling skills Travel 15% to 25%
