Senior Mechanical Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager in Boise, ID to run high-stakes commercial HVAC and plumbing projects. You will own the process from the first bid to the final walkthrough, ensuring every detail meets our standards.

Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle commercial mechanical projects from award to closeout.
- Create and track project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Negotiate fair deals with subcontractors and equipment vendors.
- Represent the team in meetings with owners, architects, and GCs.
- Handle technical paperwork including submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
- Work closely with site superintendents to keep field operations moving.
- Manage the change order process and keep job cost reports accurate.
- Keep every jobsite compliant with local codes and safety rules.
